How do i get a mailbox?

  1. Complete USPS Form 1583: Application for Delivery of Mail Through an Agent which can be provided in-store.

  2. Provide us with the completed form, along with two forms of identification:

    • current driver's license or state identification card

    • armed forces, government, university, or recognized corporation identification card

    • passport

    • alien registration card or certificate of naturalization

    • current lease, mortgage or Deed of Trust

    • voter or vehicle registration card

    • home or vehicle insurance registration card

    A photocopy of your identification may be retained by a Merry Mailman representative when you open your private mailbox, as per USPS requirements.

  3. Set up payment as monthly or annual.

  4. We assign you your new mailbox and address immediately.
